Results

All results and reports are sent directly to your referring doctor.

Reports are not directly given to the patient on the day of examination, as the referring doctor needs to discuss and counsel you regarding your individual results.

Each healthcare provider clinic has different policies and procedures on how patients access their follow up results. Please call your referring doctor’s clinic to confirm these processes.

Fees / Billings

Charges vary depending on the type of scan and medicare eligibility. 

For those eligible for medicare or DVA some examinations are covered entirely by medicare, and for others you will receive a rebate with GAP fees included. 

Please call if you have any questions or concerns, and our lovely receptionists will be happy to assist you.

*Please be advised that we have implemented a $50 “Failed to Attend” fee for patients who miss their appointments without prior notice. This fee must be paid within 48 hours of booking your appointment and failure to pay will result in the cancellation of your appointment. The fee is non-refundable if you fail to attend but will be deducted from any fees due at your appointment or refunded in full if you attend.
